Concerned, Billi's family rushed her to the vet. After a series of inconclusive tests, the vet resorted to the dreaded option - an injection. Knowing Billi's aversion to needles, the vet offered a last-ditch effort: "Speak up, Billi, or it's the shot."

To everyone's astonishment, Billi broke her silence. The family and medical team watched in disbelief as she spoke. "Because," she declared, her voice raspy from disuse, "Money Never Sleeps."
